Client will pay 40% advance of total cost of the project for which Acumen is providing services and 35% after completing 60% project completed with in three days and rest 25% after completing and delivering the project with in five days.
Client will pay 30% advance of total cost of the project for which Acumen is providing services and 40% after completing 60% project completed with in three days and rest 30% after completing and delivering the project with in five days.
Over 80,000.00 INR
In the project cost is above 80,000. INR We’ll charge 25% advance of total project cost and 25% in the 2nd stage of the project, 25% in third stage and rest 25% within ten days of completing and delivery of the project.
Terms of payment
In any case if the agreement/services is terminated at any stage after the work has commenced a written notice for the same shall be provided by the client to Acumen Web Technologies. Further, in any case of cancellation/termination of the work / project / contract at any stage, it must be noted that the client will be legally bound to make a 50% payment of the remaining/pending agreed amount within 5 days of the notification sent to Acumen Web Technolgies or by us to the client (as the case may be). After clearing of the same ACUMEN Web Technologies will be legally and ethically bound to hand over all the relevant usernames and passwords provided and managed for and on behalf of the client by ACUMEN WEB TECHNOLOGIES.
In case if client does not clear the dues (in part or in full, as the case may be) a reminder with in 48 hours (two working days) will be sent to the client to clear the dues as notice and in case of non-payment of the dues after payment notification shall fall solely on the client and ACUMEN Web Technologies has the rights to suspend the services of the client without any prior notice.
In case if both of us (client and Acumen Web Technologies) mutually agreed for the flexibility of clearing the dues that will require a separate document to be signed by the client.
The above payment terms are read and clearly understood by you / the client at the time hiring the services of Acumen Web Technolgies. The terms may be subject to change without prior notification but shall be duly posted on acumenwebindia.com
2.) Changes to the TOS
Acumen Web Technolgies reserves the right to change or revise its terms and policies at any time without any prior notification and the same shall be duly posted on this page of website of the acumen web technologies. In case of any legal disputes, jurisdiction of Rewari courts shall be applicable.
